Information you provide directly: Name, contact details (email address, phone number), emergency contact details (for dog minding services), dog information (name, breed, age, temperament, health notes, behaviour history), booking and attendance details (park sessions, training, minding, Scentventure sessions), messages or enquiries you send us.

Payment information: Processed securely by third-party payment providers (we do not store full card details).

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, website usage data (via cookies or analytics tools).

We only collect information necessary to provide safe, effective dog services.

Client and dog records are kept for up to 7 years (insurance and legal requirements). Enquiry messages are kept for up to 12 months. Marketing data is held until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Website analytics data is retained as per provider settings.

You have the right to request access to your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your data (where legally possible), withdraw consent for marketing at any time, and ask questions about how your data is handled.
